Love and Growth

Sweet Bee's thought of the day: Love & Growth

In life we all grow at different speeds. Some of us grow faster than others. As we grow God puts people in our lives to help us. Some people provoke feelings and emotions that we don't want to face or deal with. Others just stand around and watch us make the same mistakes over and over and say nothing. Few are patient enough to guide us or encourage us to do or be better and even less are willing to put up with our shortcomings. In order to get to the next level in your life you must pass the test of your current level or else you are going to be faced with the same issues over and over and with different people. Good loving people are extremely hard to come by. However to love someone will ALWAYS take work and the work will last a lifetime. As frustrating as others can be, your actions are also frustrating to someone else. You can not control others actions but you can pray and leave it in God's hands and ask Him to order your steps. If you don't that, it will drive you to eventually hate for no reason. A baby doesn't come out of a womb running. They fall many times but that doesn't mean you give up on them. They have to learn how to walk just as an individual has to learn how to love you. That is how life and love is. Your past experiences help create the person you are but should not be the base of everything. It is like seasoning in food. A little of this and a dash of that but it is the meat/chicken that is the substance. Learn from the past but never dwell or expect things to be the same. To get different results you must do and think differently. Don't let emotions get the best of you at the moment of a disagreement, cause emotions are never the truth. They are a temporary feeling to a current situation but never the truth to the bigger picture. Pray God's Will be done.

I am going to close with this :
1 Corinthians 13:4-13
4: Love is patient, love is kind. it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5: It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6: Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth.
7: It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves.
8: Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
9: For we know in part and we prophesy in part,
10: but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.
11: When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me.
12: For now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13: And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
