You have been blessed with a fresh start... What are you going to do with it???

Blessed be the name of the Lord. His mercy endureth forever (as Evangelist Wright says, anything word with a "th" at the means it is continuous). I am so glad that God is not like man because His love and mercy is unconditional. Every day we are given a chance to have a fresh start; to do it over again; to fix a wrong; to bless someone; to love even the unlovable; to share the goodness of the Lord God, but most people are too busy, self-centered/selfish or just don't know how. We have a lot of excuses why we don't devote our lives to Lord and the simplified commandments Jesus left us with. "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You shall love your neighbour as yourself." (Mt 22:37-39).

As I mentioned before, either we don't know how to love or we just don't choose not to. What God gives to us, we are required to give it to others without conditions. God gives us our daily bread, therefore He will provide for us daily. If we don't know how, the Bible is a GREAT and ONLY instructional manual.

My parents taught my brother and myself the Lord's Prayer at a young age and Evangelist Wright helped me get the full understanding of it. The simple yet very powerful pray was taught to those who didn't know how to pray by Jesus. It requires God’s Will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. It also asks God to give us mercy, as we give mercy to those that do us wrong. Jesus knew we were not perfect YET, so the prayer asks God to help us not be tempted by the things of the world, but not only that whatever we are already caught up in it ask God to deliver us from it. Sometimes we don't even know we are caught up in sin. But this prayer along with studying the word will help us to become renewed daily.
Then see how He moves in your life.

We can't do anything on our own. Allow God to renew you and be obedient to His word, whether you feel like it or not. Don't let your emotions or flesh get in the way of God.  What are you going to do for God today???

May God's blessings, favor and perfect will be done in your life today and all the days to come.

Love ya!
Bren

P.S. I thank God for My Parents and Evangelist Wright for the seeds they plant in my life.

The Lord’s Prayer: (Matthew 6:9-13 & Luke 11:2-4)

In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in
heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As
we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But
deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power
and the glory forever. Amen.

Today's Bible Verse is...
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--His good,
pleasing and perfect will. (NIV)

Do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will
of God. (NKJV)
